I enjoyed this local gym a lot. I have travelled quite a bit and had the chance to try different gyms while travelling. This gym is nothing fancy, but it is super clean and has everything I need for a full-body workout, also enough variety of free weight plates and dumbbells. I even found some small items that I usually bring with me, such as a hip thrust pad and resistance bands. Nice gym, uncrowded, easy access, very nice owner lets you try the place out if you’re interested! All around good vibe very convenient can’t complain!!
I was a member for over a year before I moved away from the area. This is a great private gym that is always clean and has enough equipment to finish my workouts without hardly ever waiting. John the owner is a great guy and always happy to help answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a more lowkey spot to do your workouts.
Johnny is incredible as a personal trainer! I’ve only just started my fitness journey, but feel I’m in great hands with his extensive knowledge base and compassionate approach to habit change for people at all levels. Also he has fire playlists. Highly recommend Astro/him for your exercise goals! 👽 🧑🚀
