I've been going to this gym for right about a year now, and I can't say enough positive things about it. There are options for working out on your own or with a trainer. The equipment is chosen well to maximize workout options without overcrowding the space, and the space is consistently improving with new equipment or decorations. Finally and most importantly the people at Astro (owner, trainers and patrons) are pleasant and respectful.
Astro Gym is the perfect place to workout. It has all the things you’d need for a great workout without all the unnecessary stuff and large crowds you’d experience at one of those chain gyms.
