went to establish care with Dr Jain after moving to Charlotte and was referred to her by another physician. we did a routine check up and annual pap-smear. She brushed off all my concerns regarding my menstrual cycles saying my only options were a GLP-1 or birth control. She even put in my chart i was considering taking a GLP-1 with my primary care doctor (i did not) she very much pushed me to take birth control, after i stated that i am unable to due to a family history of blood clots & strokes. Dr. Jain doesn't practice patient-centered care and brushes aside your concerns because she thinks she knows what's best. Very glad I did not go through with my IUD replacement with her, especially given the updated pain management protocol in the AJOG, as I prefer my medical providers to involve me in the plan of care and treat me with respect.
I have been going to Dr Jaina for many years and she is one of the best obgyn I have ever gone to. The staff have given me great customer service. Love this office.
I’ve been visiting this office for approximately five years, but I’m extremely done with the service. I recently visited the office to meet with Dr. Jain about my newly announced pregnancy. The appointment went well and at the end I handed Dr. Jain documented paperwork for work purposes (FMLA form).
