May 1st 2026 I got a paper signed my my primary doctor to have oral surgery. While there a lady who I don't remember seeing before helped me beyond measure. She made one phone call and took care of an administration problem I have dealt with for two years. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and the staff is top notch. The reviews have got to be paid for because there’s no way they got 5 stars with their set up. My original appointment was a month ago and I’m still trying to get in to see a doctor for an emergency! First appointment the lady didn’t come in to work they book me at a whole other office weeks out now the lady resigned and they are not helpful whatsoever they treat their faults like it’s on you! I have been a patient since they were known as Nevada Health and Wellness. The medical assistants, a couple of the front office reps, and Dr. Mathews make visits pleasant. However, lately, it is work trying to get someone on the phone. Between AI customer service and an actual answering service once you bypass that, messages are returned maybe 60% of the time. Rini, her medical assistant and the phlebotomist are all amazing. The reason for the low review is you can NEVER get ahold of anyone at this office. Today I called to get lab draw hours and was routed to an AI virtual assistant. That is better than no one answering, but the AI gave me completely wrong information. It said lab work was Mon, Wed and Thur from 8-12 and 1-4. I showed up with my son to have both our bloodwork done at 11:30, and the phlebotomist was at lunch.
