Nicole was just what I needed. She understood my problem and its urgency. She was kind and reassured me constantly. She was wonderful
They have a very nice doctor and nurses, but It's a nightmare and super frustrating to follow up if you encounter any issues with prescriptions, referrals etc. When you need to talk to them, you speak with AI and everyone else, except with the office staff. It's like they are allergic to their own patients. I'll be taking my business and my copay to another Astrana location. Let's see how that goes.
Dr Mark Tan was very friendly, open and informative. It was my first visit with him. He is very helpful and great planner. Thank you Dr. Also the office staff was great too!
