Their phone system is completely AI and you will not be able to talk to anyone at your clinic even if you beg. 2 years ago: Dr. Zority happened to be available same day and the front desk staff did an awesome job of getting my appointment scheduled. She was caring and knowledgeable, and she really listened to me when I was explaining my current medical needs- which I appreciated immensely. I loved seeing Dr. Zority so much I am absolutely planning to go back to her the next time I need to see a physician.
