I miss this gym!!! The best underground gym in nyc!! I chaged jobs and moved out of the bronx so i don't have the time to go to astral fitness. Its a family gym where if u really want to get big, thats the place!!!
A true gym. Everyone comes in to work out. No games.
This place is a life changer the atmosphere is positive. No matter your fitness level you feel welcomed.
Great Staff, trainers , facility, equipments and environment to train. Love the Martial Arts and boxing areas.
Wow...All I could think of when I came across this is Astral Sounds--celestial type of music for meditation and transending experiences--cool name for a gym!
