RecommendedBest Gym in the Bronx !!!
Get new machines that aren't held together with duct tape! Label the machines, so people don't have to guess what they are! Have a clearly designated stretching space with mats. I visited today, to try it out, because I'm looking for a gym in the area. Definitely not joining Astral!
This is a real gym. Neighborhood feel, family friendly, positive vibe and some serious lifters. It’s a great place to work-out.

The team here is very friendly and I love how truly focused most of the members are here, rather than just sitting around talking and taking selfies! They have everything you need here in regards to machines as well as shakes, water, towels big bathrooms, showers, etc... most importantly they keep it nice and clean! Highly recommend! ��
