Can't believe what I witnessed. As I was browsing for frames I overheard the doctor belittling her staff and treating them with utter disrespect. At one point I heard her say, "Why would you ask a question like that, can't you read what is there?" Followed by, "Where is Carissa?" while rolling her eyes and huffing.
