Can't believe what I witnessed. As I was browsing for frames I overheard the doctor belittling her staff and treating them with utter disrespect. At one point I heard her say, "Why would you ask a question like that, can't you read what is there?" Followed by, "Where is Carissa?" while rolling her eyes and huffing. Been going with Dr Fiona for years Love her, super welcoming, helps me understand terms, great prices and overall love Astoria vision! They are very helpful, the stuff lets you know when you have an appointment, when my glasses or contacts are ready and they are very friendly people. Highly recommend Astoria vision
I came here for the first time almost 2 years ago and the reception staff were more warm and welcoming. Today there were 2 guys at the reception desk and one of them took me back to do my pre screening work. It seemed very cold and robotic like the guys helping me wanted to hurry up. He was very polite though and did his job. Just didn’t get that warm friendly feeling I got the first time I came

So annoyed with this place, I walked in my gym clothes, saw the female doctor (Owner) and her staff member at the counter at the entrance to the store and was not greeted nor offer assistance. I went over to the Oakley section and saw some nice frames Priced at nearly $400, so I guess they figured I couldn’t afford them so they didn’t even address me at all.
