Absolutely horrible, do NOT recommended. Management doesn't care about maintenance issues and I'm talking health hazard level.. ceiling falling apart from water damage, mold, broken AC for over a week without being addressed. Its almost 90 degrees inside the apartment and the windows don't even open. It's really deplorable and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Imagine if this was your home, would you care then?
I’ve had such a positive experience with Astoria Park! The community is peaceful, clean, and well taken care of. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff—especially Crystal and Nikki. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome, heard, and supported. My friend just moved in last month and it is so overpriced for what you get, I can’t believe it’s any more than $800 a month. There is a horrible smoke/mildew smell that will not leave the apartment. So many health code violations with the HVAC system. He has been sick on and off ever since he moved in here I’m assuming due to how absolutely filthy the furnace is - it needs to be professional cleaned or replaced all together. I didn’t know where to start from . When I moved to this apartment complex I really didn’t like my apartment it was old fashioned and thought of moving out . But I went to the manager Nicki (Niki ) ( don’t know which is the right spelling) but yeah I asked if I can be moved to a different apartment instead of me look for a different apartment complex.
