Typical slumlords that went against the lease agreement. Place is a dump like their service. Denied my intent to vacate because the place was falling apart. This is how they treat people especially veterans. Had to get a lawyer to send them a letter which scared them into agreeing to terminate my lease. Even though on my lease it says I’m allowed to leave as long as I give notice. Heard this wasn’t the first time they almost gotten/has gotten sued. Thank God I don’t have to deal with them anymore. You’ve been warned. :)
I lived in my former apt for 18 months. 12 months was a lease, the remaining months was month to month. The communication is ok or average and they will fix issues in the apartment. My issue was they have a lack of communication when it comes to disputes or problems. For example, upon moving out I was charge a fee for “opening the door” due to a lost key.
