I am a frequent 3x week lap swimmer to the Astoria pool and pay a monthly fee to use this pool. (Which just went up in price) What I would like to know is why the pool was closed for maintenance on Monday 2/8. Today I called and was told there was no lap swimming due to the coast guard using the whole lap pool. On Feb 12-13 there will be no lap swimming because of swim meets. It's a nice facility but I won't go back because I can't justify spending $6 to swim for 40 mins.
Just tried out the newly remodeled work out room. It is a ten. Great job guys. Lots more room, new equipment and the new rowing machine kicked my tail this morning.
