Pretty good place to live in when I was younger but not anymore and also took away the pool because they didn't want to out a new fence on it because kids kept getting in from other apartments
The Astoria was a great place to live when I first moved in under Princeton Property management. We had security patrols, cameras, on site maintenance and on site management in the office, a fitness room and awesome pool. JEMs took over and demolished the historic pool, and got rid of security, on site management and maintenance, and turned off the security cameras. It seems that it's a new property management recently, and they have been pretty good. I feel like the old reviews here shouldn't count anymore.
The apartment is beautiful. The management is amazing they even helped me unload my car. Super sweet and helpful. I'm excited to call this my home
I clean this property. Management is really nice. Tenants are cool. Golf course across the street. Not a bad spot really
