Astor villa is a nice place to live it close to basically everything. I can just walk to the stores, very convenient also, my building manager Keisha and supervisor Mathew so professional and helpful. She always just a phone call aways, she deals with my issues in a timely manner. Thank you Avenue Living and Keisha and Mathew
. Strongly disagree my place was filthy when I moved in I had to clean it all before I move my stuff in there was bug do stuff on all the cupboards along the walls cockroach stuff I was unaware of. My lease was in correct
Even 1star is an over rating for avenue living managed property Astor villa. Poorly managed property. Old floors make sounds in each step, heating is bad, windows breakdown. Not a single thing is good in this property. Avenue living is another case, I have never experienced such poor service quality, even in a developing country. They never follow up, months go by..
