Even 1star is an over rating for avenue living managed property Astor villa. Poorly managed property. Old floors make sounds in each step, heating is bad, windows breakdown. Not a single thing is good in this property. Avenue living is another case, I have never experienced such poor service quality, even in a developing country. They never follow up, months go by..
