A big Thank you shout to ASTON TITLE GROUP........specifically to Bryan J. Rindner. He went out of the way to make a closing happen on a Friday evening after hours by sending across a mobile notary. Seller's were closing in another state on Monday morning and any further delay would have jeopardized their closing. Also buyer's had scheduled everything for weekend. Would recommend them for your real estate transactions without a hunch. Thank you again!
These guys are frauds and very rude, never buy title insurance from them, there are much better options available, i would give them minus if i had an option.

Left me with a $2500 sewerage bill from previous owner and said its my responsibility. Not sure what clean title means if it includes $2500 of debt from previous owner.
