Very nice facilities and very nice cars. The employees were very friendly and supplied me with free hats and tote bags. There was also a McLaren formula one car. Overall a pretty good experience
Worst dealership ever. I have bought 15 exotics within the last two years and have never had a bad experience until I bought a 2017 Vanquish from this dealer. The car passed their in-house inspection and I was given a one year warranty. When I brought the car in for its annual service a couple months after I bought it (yes, they did not do the annual service for me but I can give them a pass on that) I discovered that the front tires were dated 2012 (five years older than the car!), had dry rot and were all season tires inst... read more
Awesome selection
Visited this dealership throughout the years, starting when they were located in Tysons Corner. Consistently met with sales representatives who never took us seriously or not interested in our business. Ended up purchasing from an out-of-state dealership and the experience was significantly better. While I like the inventory at this dealership, there are much better options elsewhere. I recently took my Aston Martin in for service. I was truly blown away by the level of service I received from Hind Shaker (Service Advisor). From start to finish she was extremely accommodating and made the process as smooth as possible. Hind is a consummate professional who takes great pride in her work.
