I brought my Aston Martin in to AM of Tampa Bay for some service work today. Started with an appointment I set before the holidays. Christian is the service manager for Aston. This is a very busy business and work schedules are out weeks. Since the first contact Christian has been (and is) an excellent communicator. He kept me up to speed while we were waiting for parts from the UK and right up to the appointment date. The service department is absolutely horrendous. They wanted to hold our car for over a month and were IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. The Aston Martin brand deserves more respect than what the service department of AM Tampa is willing to provide. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE ON YOUR ASTON MARTIN!
Bob took care of me almost entirely over the phone. Easy!
