Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? I was very disappointed. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. I have tried making an appointment unsuccessfully. I have called fifteen times over the past two months, each time I either get the answering machine or a person answers and states the person that makes the appointments will be in at a different time. I have left a message and still no return call!! Me and my children have been going there for years and it seems like they are now too busy for their patients. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
