I don’t recommend you wasting your time and seeing the doctor. The office is a mess. We typically have to wait 60 to 90 minutes for the doctor. Find somewhere else to go. A few months back, my daughter had blood work done, but it was missing a certain test. The doctor said she would submit new paperwork to get done. It literally took half a dozen calls from us Over the period of two months to finally to get the new blood request.
Dr. Fatteh is an amazing doctor. She’s the smartest doctor we have seen. She seems like she is on the forefront of the latest in medicine. She will spend a long time with you . However…. Her office is an utter disaster. The most unorganized, chaotic, irresponsible medical office I have ever been to. Phone calls don’t get returned . Emails go ignored. Dr Fatteh is an outstanding Dr. whom I highly recommend. She diagnosed my issues when many other doctors could not. I have been a thousand percent better since under her care. I see some others complained of waiting time. Yes, sometimes you have to wait but that is because she is thorough with her patients and does not rush her time with them. She is worth it.
I cannot recommend this place any less. Two appointments I’ve had there and both were absolutely disappointing to say the least. This second visit was just to go over lab results and after nearly two hours of waiting in the patient room, I finally had enough and had to walk out. SHAHNAZ couldn’t even be bothered with stopping in to say hello and apologize for the wait.
