RecommendedWe saw Dr. Soteres. He was amazing! He had a great bedside manner, very humorous. He made a special efforr to connect with my son and put him at ease. The staff is great too. Nurse Ingrid did the allergry testing. She went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable by turning on the space heater in the room and going to a diggerent sink to get warm water to wash my son's back instead of the cold water that was in the sink in our room. I highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Soteres is down to earth and awesome. He listens and continues to look for ways to treat my symptoms. The staff is very friendly. I've left other ENT offices in tears because they acted like they did not care and did not treat my symptoms,. This is the place to go!
Great clinic with helpful, friendly staff and Dr. James Fulton spent the time to listen and explain allergies, triggers and treatment options. Very satisfied and already scheduled next appointment for another family member! Highly recommended!
The wait list for them to answer their phone is generally more than 15-30 minutes. I have just given up trying to use them. They also don’t answer voicemails. I don’t know how they are still in business. I could never get ahold of them to get appointments

I've been coming here a little over a year to participate in an eczema study, and I'm always treated awesomely by everyone I meet! They have been very patient and accommodating with my rather crazy schedule as well. Everyone cares about what they're doing here and it's easy to vibe that. Great service, great people, highly recommend!
My son has been seen here for the past 7 years and we have had a wonderful experience. Dr. Soteres is an excellent clinician and is wonderful with my child. His staff is caring and the injection crew is wonderful too!
My toddler was cared for with such attentiveness and kindness as her skin was pricked with potential allergens. What could have been a traumatic experience instead was positive and easy. I was also impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable the doctor was and how much time he spend with us! I HIGHLY recommend this practice.
