I have had the best care with this practice. My youngest was diagnosed with a peanut allergy just yesterday and the support and care we got from the start has been nothing short of amazing! Dr Soteres is wonderful and our nurse Teri (spelling***) is just the best. So glad we were referred to this office!
I really like going to this office. The staff is always courteous and knowledgable. The allergy shot is quick AND painless (especially when they give me candy!)
Looking through the previous posts, most are dated in 2014. If I was writing this in 2014, mine would be just as complimentary. Earlier this year, things changed. We were treated very poorly. We were promised several times that an office manager would call. That NEVER happened. During my calls to the clinic, I could never speak with anyone who would help resolve my situation. Used to get my Allergy shots here. Moved to Texas but during my visit became ill due to Asthma. They were so helpful and gote better. Absolutely love Dr. Nathan patient treatment. He has patience and is very detailed.

Absolutely poor customer service. The staff don't even care about their patients. Ni was sitting in waiting room and a patient walks in with husband and they are having an argument with the patient right there in the waiting room with other customers to hear. Instead of trying to accommodate the patient they just kept arguing like it was a pissing contest.
