Woman at the front desk is unprofessional and the embodiment of terrible customer service. She consistently makes mistakes, gossips with other workers more than does actual work, and I had to personally witness one day when she started sobbing and lamenting things that have happened in her life. I just got home from my son's appointment with Jose Carpio. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a "doctor". First, we had to wait for him to show up to the office which was a minor issue for us. My son has a rash that has been spreading on his body. Several family members have a history of allergies. I told him that the dermatologist did a skin biopsy to confirm either psoriasis or eczema. He pulled out a text book to show me and my husband pictures of psoriasis and said that a skin biopsy wasn't neces... read more

I don't usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, because I know that people can have good days or bad days, not to mention how busy things get. Excellent care, Dr. Carpio is an incredible human being, super kind to my daughter, and you can see his love for his profession and finding the best way to handle the case. First doctor in the US with his human quality.
