Absolutely disgusting business practices. They were sold to a private equity firm or some larger entity a few years back and it has been nothing but cost costing, unethical treatment of patients and staff and zero support staff. You cannot make an appointment and when you have one it is impossible to reschedule or cancel. They say to call, email and text and you get zero response. Florida Center For Allergy & Asthma Care in Pembroke Pines is the worst Allergist office. If you’re looking for an office that cares about you as a person and a patient this is the wrong place for you. They do not care about you. All they are about making money. They make you wait and if you are late they mark you as a no show and charge you $50. I have been a patient for 6 years. Formerly a superb allergy practice that recently appears to have delegated too much clinical decision authority to LPN's and administrator.
