My husband experience at the office was very good , his doctor was excellent; however, at the time of going to pick up the prescription at the pharmacy, it was not received, so I don't know if it was a problem from the pharmacy itself or from the office or in the system or a gap in communication or somebody forgot or this is a general or specific to this location... But unable to resolve it the same day it happened
