I regret dealing with this company. They refuse to answer my calls, text messages or letters regarding work that needs to be addressed and they took my window screens and refuse to return them. They claim "Honesty and Integrity", I have just asked for my screens back and they won't respond. Don't make my mistake. RUN from this company, you'll just regret it.
I called asterisk to come check on my Roof in frisco after a couple of major hail storms in frisco. Arlen came out and after fully expecting to hear - you need a new roof or repair - I was told that the roof was in perfect shape and he didn’t recommend any work to be done. Loved the honesty and integrity. If I ever need a new roof I will call them knowing I can count on honesty and professionalism.
Very happy with the quality of work done, Lane and Blake were there when concerns or questions came up. Great job, thanks again
Believe it or not, I had to drastically shorten this review so as to not exceed the character limit. There is so much more to the story. I'm happy to share additional information if anyone is interested. I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring Asterisk Roofing & Construction, LLC.
