This was a great place to stay very clean, comfortable and quiet. I was very happy with my room everything worked just fine. I checked in on a busy night and the desk help was wonderful both checking in and checking out.
This is not a new motel but the water is hot, the beds sleep well, the staff is friendly and want to help. Big rooms, lots of parking, just off the main hwy.
If you expest a 5 star you wont get one for $40. Bearing the price in mind this place is clean and serviced well. Rooms are small, hotel is old but it's very affordable if traveling on a budget.

The price is very affordable. It tends to be around $50-$65 per night. The couple who owns the hotel are very friendly and kind. It is not the fanciest hotel; the rooms are very dated with the decor. However, each room has a coffee dispenser

My father and I rented separate rooms at the Motel 6 in Waite Park while my mother underwent surgery in the hospital. We live about 1 hour drive from St Cloud. I felt the service was top notch, and the price was perfect.
My eyes flooded with tears as I thanked Hotel Manger Jeff Powell, for the incredible ,unexpected experience I have had in his hotel. I am currently here on a two week minimum stay,on family-business.
Well priced, very clean, staff was very good. Really good strip next to motel with everything well priced, college town style.
