I rented an apartment at 4 Emerson Place and was under the impression that someone was to be at the desk 24/7. I stopped at the front desk to pick up a package at 1:30 am Saturday night. The desk workers jacket was hanging on the back of the chair so I thought I would wait for their return. I waited 45 minutes with the worker being completely MIA. 10 years @Asteria and it has been an absolutely best experience! Why so long? 1. Cannot beat location with accessibility to Beacon Hill, Seaport, Charles River, Cambridge and Downtown Crossing - arguably best location in town. 2. Very safe and secure as location is right next to the mass general hospital. Always security of some sort around. 3. Watchout. Parking coupon did not work. Leasing office gave coupons which did not work. Parking attendant said it is not their problem. Leasing office asked to talk o Parking attendant. Ended up paying $21 for barely 30 minutes stay there. The leasing assistant had no clue. Probably was just a fill in for regulars.
Steve and Rico from the maintenance team fixed the kitchen sink in a timely manner. They were professional and friendly! They left the work area very clean. Feb 2025 Thank you to the incredible team for keeping the sidewalks ice free during the recent storms!
