Very disappointed. Flowers ordered via 1-800- flowers. Astor Park Floral was the florist. The delivery was fouled up and the flowers were brown and withered. Was given second arrangement but the flowers were also brown and subpar. Was told my son would get full refund. I returned both arrangements....my son has yet to receive his refund. The owner was was nice at first but when I complained about the second arrangement he became surly. I love going to Aster floral, they are so friendly and make sure that everything I asked for is done to a tee....everyone that I have gotten flowers/gifts for can not stop talking about how unique and beautiful they are. Awesome and personal stuff.... Would not recommend going anywhere else....
