This company has no ethics and no value for human life. Everyone from the lowest customer service person to the manufacturer management are liars, with the exception of the rogue employee who revealed what actually happened. It was an IT issue. Canceled thousands of people's prescriptions including mine. They blamed the doctor, Pharmacy, me, and have yet to take any responsibility for withholding my medication. This company doesn't care about the health of people, they care about MONEY! If they cared about saving people, my insulin (for t1d, a chronic illness) wouldn't be over $2000 without insurance. They want disabled people to be in poverty.
