Today we had a situation with Bennet motor as a broker and Astec, INC as their customer. This was by far our worst experience in all the 15 years we have been in the trucking industry. Bennett Motor Trucking Brokerage handled our load with absolute negligence and zero accountability. We booked a OD load based strictly on the dimensions they provided. Permits ordered.
