One of the braider really does nice hair but what I don't appreciate is how they quote you a price then change it the day of service this happen to me twice. First off the braider claims she doesn't speak English only French (she is a good neat braider) the owner and the employee needs to communicate more and agree on one set price cause that's how you lose potential loyal good client. This establishment was rated low because customer service not how they do hair if it was just base on the hair it would be 4 stars no doubt
2 months ago was my First time going here. I was recommended by someone who went here and i loved their hair.. so i scheduled an appointment.. my wait wasn't long. The staff was very nice and respectful..The lady that did my hair was professional and fast.. she executed the style I wanted perfectly by just looking at a picture. I will be going back!!

Had a 10 am appointment. Got here, so did 6 other people. It is now 11:19. Only 1 braided in the shop. The most unprofessional braiding salon I've ever been to. Will never return.
