Good experience all the way around. I have no idea what I would improve for the next time. Iâve been going to Assure for almost 20 years and they always do a great job fitting me for lenses and glasses, as well as helping me maintain optimum eye health.
Nothing everything was good
Absolutely horrible customer service! My wife was going to get new lenses for her glasses and use her old frames...beware, if the frames break, they will not help to get new frames for you (and didn't inform us that they are not responsible even though our insurance company requires this). They were flat out rude, were unwilling to work with our insurance company to resolve the issue and defiantly were unwilling to work with us.
