Unable to solve my plumbing issues even with 3 visits. Provided me conflicting information about the issues, charged me over $500 for a callback when they didn’t resolve a clog the first time, and twice have been a no call/no show for appointments. I would not recommend for clogs/drainage issues, or anything related to hybrid hot water tanks. Very disappointing.
Eric and his crew were amazing. His estimate was fair and comprehensive and his work was outstanding. We replaced our gas boiler and also had a new kitchen faucet and toilet replaced. Everything was done exactly as he had explained and well within the time frame he had scheduled. We could not be happier. Thank you to Eric, CJ and the team for a job well done. I recommend them whole-heartedly for any plumbing work that you need done!
We had a difficult plumbing emergency involving a cast iron waste stack, and the team responded promptly and professionally. We've used Assured for multiple projects at this point including replacement of hot water heater to indirect, replacement of cast iron piping, help with our heating system, and upgrades to the overall house. Each time they are quick, clean, and friendly. We won't work with anyone else because these guys are just the best. I cannot recommend them enough!
They are great. Very transparent throughout the process. Highly recommend!!
