They charge you $50 deposit and then AFTER you confirm time date THEY change it same day you are Expecting them to come AND charge you the $100.00 cancellation fee if you don’t comply with the last min change that THEY made!!!! Horrible company unprofessional the worst of the worst!!

I have used this group to move my household (a four bedroom house with lots of furniture and lots of stairs) in January, 2020, and more recently an office. In both instances the movers arrived at or near the discussed time, were responsive to my concerns and very efficient in packing and moving furniture and other items from the home and business. They are friendly and very hard workers, do not overcharge for the service, and follow-up to correct any problems. I can recommend them without reservation!

Assured Rate Moving did a fantastic job with my move. Not only did they show up in the arrival window scheduled, but they were lightning fast, and the final cost of the move came in under the estimate provided. Ralph was very responsive to all my questions, and James and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Assured Rate Moving to anyone moving in the city. Thanks again guys!

I highly recommend Assured Rate Moving. Rodney and Richard were early and called on arrival. They were prepared, organized and very efficient. Herman is amazing. Very calm, efficient and incredibly helpful. He took initiative in suggesting ways to make the packing very neat and organized. Very happy with Assured Rate Moving. They were very quick to respond during my initial quote over the phone - they said they needed to call back in about 10 minutes; the phone rang 30 seconds later! Moving from the Los Angeles to Santa Monica, the four-man team gave me a call an hour before they arrived. They worked tirelessly in a driving rain - and are magicians when handling the packing tape.
