For a pharmacy that is to be a convenient option for prescriptions, your customer care is nonexistent. Your professionalism is nonexistent and the only honesty we get is when you guys lie through your teeth. Just know this... you are doing more harm than good.
Another waste of time and list of mistakes by this place. I sent in a prescription Tuesday at noon. I call them Thursday to find out the details - "we called you but your voicemail was full" was the response. Now I have two issues with this - 1. I told them last time not to use the second phone number. 2. I have two numbers on file - if the voicemail box was full on one, why wouldn't you contact me via the other number?
