I absolutely love this place. They make you feel at home. Excellent staff, including the receptionist. If you are in need of a good orthopedist who will listen, THIS is the place to go hands down!
Dr. Heilig is great at what he does, he understood me, took time to understand where I’ve came from that meant a lot to me. Very helpful staff, took great care of me got me water even. Hardly no wait at all to be treated . 5 stars for Dr. Heilig.

The only reason is not 5 stars is because I can't find any link to the Jackson office. This is my personal experience with the Jackson office of Assured Orthopedics . Friendly, respectful, and courteous staff. Receptionist is fantastic and quick to process and make copies of medical records I desperately needed even though I failed to give her proper notice.
