HORRIBLE!!! – They do not deserve a star but it's required to give one. I would rate Assured Management with NO STARS!! They are really nice when you are a potential renter but after you sign the lease they are horrible! If you do rent through them, make sure you read the lease carefully! this is the worst company with rude people – If I could give this company no stars, I would. They are so nice to you at first when you are looking to rent, then when you go to sign the papers, they talk to you like you're a 3-year old. Not to mention, after you've moved in, they treat you as if you are a low-life and that they are somehow above you. They couldn't have cared less about me! – They act like they care but they don't. I was renting from them for a year and I never heard a joyful person. They all acted serious and to the point. I turned paperwork on time and they still said I turned it in late. One time I was discussing an issue with them and the agent literally hung up on me. My place got broken into and all I got was a message from them. Overall they couldn't have cared less.
