I used Assured Imaging in AZ for a mammogram . I received no phone call, text, or Email from them. Two weeks later , I received a snail mail letter telling me I needed a second mammogram and an ultrasound. I called them immediately and was scheduled two additional weeks out. After the call- back mammogram, I discovered there was no radiologist present and I was not getting the results that day.
