My mother died of a very painful skin infection that turned into sepsis because first Assured Home Health and then Assured Hospice did not treat a wound on her arm properly. Instead of recognizing early on that the wound needed more than a bandage change, they let it go for days with multiple Assured nurses being aware of the increasing redness and swelling.
