Drew Sleezer has done two home inspections for me, and every time I leave fully confident in his abilities and in what I need to do to make sure my future home is safe and ready. Robert was very patient and helpful. He drove over an hour from his home base to inspect our rural property. The septic system was buried, and the home owner did not know where it was. Robert came back over the weekend to dig around the yard until he found it, accessed it, and inspected it. Then he gladly took my call to answer follow-up questions about the septic inspection. Getting a home inspection done is always an overwhelming thing. On the plus side working Drew and his company made me feel confident and comfortable with the next step of the home buying process. He was not only knowledgeable and positive, but he gave simple, straight forward facts, and was realistic about what needs to be fixed or left alone.
