Robert was incredible! Best inspection I’ve ever experienced. Had all the proper equipment, and was extremely thorough. I recommend using them. They embrace hi tech, but gives you personal explanations. Can’t say enough good things about them, so worth the money and peace of mind.

Our property is a unique case, Patrick and Dale went to work. This was a first home inspection was very interesting all that they are checking touching and taking pictures. Very thoroughly done. Verbal report was given. Two very nice men. Clean cut clothes matched. Thank you for helping us out.

We had a home inspection for a home purchase. Drew was our inspector. He was thorough and explained his findings before we left the property. He answered all my questions and I had several. The detailed inspection report had photos, descriptions, and suggestions for repairs. I was able to use their system to send my realtor a list of requested repairs. This list included the same information as the report.

For anyone looking for above and beyond service, this is your company. They showed up early, stayed late to answer questions and even came the day before they were scheduled to make sure a water test would be submitted in time. Assured Home Inspectors are pleasant, professional, detailed and go above and beyond for their customer. I also loved their reporting system for findings! Drew was on time, extremely thorough while inspecting my property but yet he took the time to ensure I was connecting with the things he found. I would highly recommend Assured Home Inspections. The final report was professional and even gives you an option to create a repair list that can be shared with the seller or your handy man.
