Getting a home inspection done is always an overwhelming thing. On the plus side working Drew and his company made me feel confident and comfortable with the next step of the home buying process. He was not only knowledgeable and positive, but he gave simple, straight forward facts, and was realistic about what needs to be fixed or left alone. He made me feel like a confident home owner and he adequately prepared me for the realities of fixing the major problems. Highly recommend his team.

Pete is the best of the best! He communicates extremely well in an efficient and professional manner. Pete is the full-service home inspector. He can inspect roofs (he used to own a roofing company), is a licensed termite inspector, and does the general home inspections. Robert was incredible! Best inspection I’ve ever experienced. Had all the proper equipment, and was extremely thorough. I recommend using them. They embrace hi tech, but gives you personal explanations. Can’t say enough good things about them, so worth the money and peace of mind.
