We had a home inspection for a home purchase. Drew was our inspector. He was thorough and explained his findings before we left the property. He answered all my questions and I had several. The detailed inspection report had photos, descriptions, and suggestions for repairs. I was able to use their system to send my realtor a list of requested repairs. This list included the same information as the report.
For anyone looking for above and beyond service, this is your company. They showed up early, stayed late to answer questions and even came the day before they were scheduled to make sure a water test would be submitted in time. Robert inspected every system of the house very thoroughly, and went over his report immediately. The pictures on the report are helpful to make the process less overwhelming. He explained things in understandable terms for me as well. He was polite and friendly and our group enjoyed his work!
Great experience working with Drew. He was helpful, took his time going through stuff with us, and was thorough. Even came back into the house after finishing everything up when we realized we had forgotten to ask a couple questions. Highly recommend!
Let me preface this by saying I have been a refinery inspector for 35 years and have bought 15 houses over the years. I met Drew at the house, not to bird dog him, but to see and learn what he was doing. Inspectors are inquisitive by nature. Drew is hands down the best Home Inspector that I have met over the years.
