My review is based SOLELY on my experience with P.T. Mira Plana. I have worked with her for over one year due to 4 orthopedic surgeries. 2 knee replacement surgeries and 2 surgeries to repair fractures to my right femur. I was extremely fortunate to have her as my therapist 90% of the time I received care from Assured Health. She is kind, gentle, easy going, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and patient. Assured home health suffers from under-qualified management. They will miss your visits, you wont get the same nurse even when they promise they will be back, and it never seems like their office is ever on the same page as their nurses. AVOID!
Mildly professional, quite disorganized in their nursing team for coverage. Lots of excuses and not very much results!

Bad service!! They never called to inform my mom of her appointment with RN. Supposedly a nurse named Kayla came out,but never called or left a message according to Supervisor Christine who made excuses and talked over me the whole time!!!
