Assured home health suffers from under-qualified management. They will miss your visits, you wont get the same nurse even when they promise they will be back, and it never seems like their office is ever on the same page as their nurses. AVOID!
Mildly professional, quite disorganized in their nursing team for coverage. Lots of excuses and not very much results!

Bad service!! They never called to inform my mom of her appointment with RN. Supposedly a nurse named Kayla came out,but never called or left a message according to Supervisor Christine who made excuses and talked over me the whole time!!!
