I kicked on my furnace for the first time this year and kept getting error codes. I reached out to Assured to come check it out. I was told carbon monoxide was being sent through my house and I needed to replace the furnace. Assured quoted me a new furnace over $6,000. As someone who has all but given up on receiving great customer service these day, I HAD to leave a review. A week ago I called this company out to check out my furnace. Turned out it was time to replace it (it was very old and definitely needed to be replaced). I was apprehensive of the thought of this major financial burden, something I believe all of us homeowners fear a bit.
