Ben Cutulle is amazing! We thought something was wrong with the new unit and he came out within 40 min of the call. Thank goodness it wasn't the new HVAC or air conditioner. It was the water heater. He goes beyond regular service!!!!!!
I just love the folks who work for this company. They are ALL so nice and courteous. Willard Neal was my technician yesterday. He was very professional and well mannered. I was worried about my dogs getting in his way and he "assured me" (no pun intended) that he had a special place in his heart for dogs. He shared with me that he had been saved from a suicide bomber in Afghanistan by 2 dogs. The dogs barked and warned him and his fellow soldiers right before he detonated his bomb.
