Crooks and thieves always end up exposed. These losers will no doubt open up under a new name and continue scamming good people. The right action would be to make public the owner's name and the creation of a nationwide public database containing previous business names and comments identifying the scum bag owner. I've seen it time and time again in all trades
Wow! I hope their prosecutor goes after them for Criminal fraud! People need to put them out of business !!! $48 thousand dollars?? Seriously?? There are more horror stories as well. Look up on web. Should be ashamed!
After waiting more than 30 min to get our bill, we were charged more than the fees posted on their wall. When we inquired about this we were told our fee would be $75 more. Intimidation, bad service and a long wait. Go anywhere else than to Assured Collision
Great Place !!! I just recently broke down on the highway coming home with my children. I called AAA and w/in 25 minutes a driver from Assured collision showed up. He was so polite and proffesional. I had my car towed to their shop to have the work done. I must say that I was treated with courtesy and understanding that I was in a rush and had my children with me. What a great group of people, I will be coming to have my work done here from now on.
CUSTOMER Called AAA for a tow. It took four trips for this company to get it right. The first three drivers were very lazy, the second and third also had very bad attitudes and did not want to work. The forth driver was late but he got the job done. I have filed a complaint with the company owner and AAA. It took from 8:00am to 5:00pm to move the truck ten miles. Save your self some time and money and request some one else.
concerned citizen i had my car towed from norwood to walpole and they charged me $800.00 It was towed less than 24 hrs before i came to pick it up when i tried to give the owner a credit card he said cash only what choice did i have they screwed it too me with a big smile on thier face. i have put in a complaint with th attorney generals office and the will soon be under audit fornon uniformed billing and taking advantage of people what goes around comes around they will get thiers my uncles the D.A see youi in court and hop... read more
Fast Towing Assured Collision works with AAA. One day I put my dog in the car and he was so excited he mistakenly pressed the locks on the door and locked himself in with the engine running. I didn't have an extra key. I explained that I needed somebody fast...and AAA called Assured Collision. Within 5 minutes they were there and got the door unlocked!Awesome speedy service!
