Had AAA service provided by Assured for my bicycle as I was stranded out 5 miles from my office and many miles from my home, so no real person to call. Assured showed up with a flat bed as the service truck that had the bike rack was out of service at the time. They 4 strapped my bicycle on the back of the flat bed like a motorcycle and took me to my car at the office. I wish I could post one of my photos here but there's no photo add button. We had a couple of weeks with really cold temperatures and our trucks had a lot of issues. Our trucks were broken down, and you helped us by getting to them fast and a timely manor, and always updating us. We really appreciate your service and quick response.
They’ve got some of the worst “drivers” I’ve ever seen. Apparently laws don’t apply to them
I almost got flattened by a large flatbed Assured Collision tow truck this morning in Medway. I was taking a right into a post office parking lot, and he must have been right on my tail, going downhill. I had my blinker on. The only reason that I wasn't hit was because I had my windows open, heard him right behind me and so I pulled hard Into the post office entrance. Place rips people off and over charges. Unprofessional and a bunch of hacks. Who charge 50k to recover a vehicle
I had a flat ,called AAA they sent out Assured .I received an estimated time for him to come ,He arrived on time was very polite and professional .I showed him my card and ID and within 15 minutes he had my spare on and the flat in my truck.Did recommend I drive it straight to get a tire because my rim was rusted .Car is 9 yr old.
