Very friendly staff there at the Gage avenue location of Assured. Recently got my car repaired fron them through insurance company and would say I'm very satisfied with their service. They speed up repair process on my request to hand over the vehicle on time. I was updated on what's being done on my car. They made sure to clean the car after repair. Also promised to install a part free of cost on a later date since that's not available right now in the market. Thank you ! N. Chatha
We had our SUV at the shop for repairs after being rear ended. Cody and the rest of the staff were great. Cody had to source parts due to a long delay from Toyota, which would have pushed out the repair 2 months. He was able to locate these and get a repair started quickly so we could get our vehicle back before the winter hit. He went over in details all the work that had been done after the process as well. Would recommend this shop and Cody was excellent to work with on this.

Very disappointing experience. The bumper repair was done very sloppily the first time and scheduled delivery. At the time of receiving asked for rework after looking at the job done, but was straight denied. I had to go with insurance again to get it addressed. Eventually gave them a second chance, but the area that was repaired was apparently just pressed or temporarily fixed which was not even near expectation, popping out again from the other end on the same side which is clearly visible.
