This is the most Incredible body shop you anre ever going to want to use. They may take a little extra time but believe me it is worth the wait the detailing inside the car was such a surprise and a gift. Thank you so much for the wonderful wonderful experience at assured.
Great customer service right from the start. The process was fully explained to me and I received text updates on my cars status. Highly recommend this place!
I believe they took way too long to fix my car, and l thought the manager was terrible to deal with.
I believe they took way too long to fix my car, and l noticed they we're extremely rude to foreign customers.. l think the manager was very unprofessional, and l wouldn't recommend dealing with him or this company.
Very disappointed with this service with my suv. They dont do clean work, they didn't know how to put my trunk back together. I had to show them , what goes where in the right place. If you are one of favorites to do body work for the insurance, you need to step up the quality , craftsmanship and checking your employees work. At the end of day, treat people things like it matters.
