Great job on the repairs of my vehicle. The only one issue I had was not replacing the car matt back when they return my car. A bit of a waste of time and gas going back to retrieve my car matt. 4.5

I recently had my car stolen (and recovered) and Assured Auto was the auto shop my insurance company suggested to make some repairs on it that occurred during the theft. They did a fantastic job on the car. I can't say enough positive about the experience with Assured Auto. While my insurance company failed to communicate clearly or give any semblance of a timeline for when I'd get my car back, the crew at Assured Auto were the ones who helped us through the long ordeal. This place is amazing. I was skeptical for the results as I am not familiar with them but rest assured they made my vehicle look brand new. I was very impressed how fast and accommodating their service was. I highly recommend this place.

My car Toyota Chr was hit while parked. My front bumper with a huge crack in the side.I took my car in Assured west Scarborough. Assured was excellent to deal with. After 3 days , I picked up my car and looks brand new with no trace of any repairs.my car was also washed ,smell fresh and very clean. The customer service is 10-10. Honest people and trustworthy.
