The team are super polite, solicitous and helpful. They fixed a minor issue that’s been plaguing my car for ages in less than 10 minutes, when I just walked in off the street. They really go above and beyond.

Had some inexplicable scratches on my car from parking lots and booked an appointment at Assured through my Mazda coverage. I was seen today by Cameron, what an awesome guy! He took his time to carefully check the scratches, drove the car in, and brought it back looking polished and refreshed. Genuine, friendly, and professional customer service. I can't say enough about my experience at Assured Automotive. I brought in my Mazda CX-5 because the back door wasn't closing properly, and from the moment I arrived, I was in great hands. Cameron was absolutely amazing and so helpful. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns.
