It was a great experience working with Assurance team. From the moment we contacted them we felt their expertise and when the car was at the shop for repair, we felt we were in good and professional hands. At the pick up they showed us the car and went through all the repairs, as well as answered all our questions. Thank you Cameron and all the team.
Despite challenges with parts to complete the repair in our vehicle,the staff at assured were always helpful and worked hard to try and secure the parts needed and kept us informed as to when the job would be done .The completed repair was excellent and returned our almost new vehicle to its pristine condition given there was only 1000km on the clock. Overall outstanding and supportive service. 5 stars to the whole team at assured.
