Warning to future patients: Dr. Herrmann at Assure Smile fitted me for an oral appliance before properly reviewing my CT scan. I experienced pain and serious issues, which I reported multiple times, in person, by phone, email, and text. Despite confirming they received my concerns, neither Dr. Herrmann nor his staff made any effort to help, follow up, or even schedule my regular appointments. This lack of care and disregard for a patient in pain speaks volumes about how they handle the dental needs of their clients.
Ari was absolutely amazing! She explains everything and makes you feel so comfortable. As someone with dental anxiety, she made me feel so comfortable and was so kind and sweet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I came in with a frown and left with a bright smile. This place has amazing service and they know what they’re doing!! Ari was my hygienist. She was very thorough and super friendly. The doctor took his time to explain everything to me in great detail and was very knowledgeable.

there is a saying, your receptionist is the front face of your business. It can make or break whether you get a new patient. The receptionist was vague, was not speaking clearly in regards to a simple questions where I had to speak to one of the technicians who better informed me.
