Esta compañía de aseguranzas es terriblemente deprorable con su servicio mi celular de reemplazo melo enviaron dañado me enviaron otro los 10 días para regresar tu dispositivo empiezan desde el día primero que inicias tu reclamo ojo el celular no telo mandan nuevo el de reemplazo es inspeccionando pero lo mandan de reparación luego te dan los 10 días y sino se cobran mas de $1300 dolares por tu dispositivo si no llega a tiempo otra cosa que sucede con ellos esque.. si te mandan un dispositivo de reemplazo y ati te llega daña... read more

As a former insurance agent I know that insurance is never a good deal...until you need it. I almost never buy extended warranty insurance, but when I got my new Samsung phone, I decided to bite the bullet and insure it. I am so glad I did! Three weeks after I got it, it had a cracked screen. Claim process with Assurant was much, much smoother than I expected- five minutes to start the process. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Assurant. After filing a claim, Assurant sent me a refurbished replacement phone that was not functioning properly. I was required to return that device, and Assurant would not send another replacement until they received and tracked the return. Once the second refurbished phone arrived, it also proved to be defective. I contacted Assurant to report the issue. one of the most nastiest vile business i’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. Completely unethical business practices and very sketchy policies! For this instance I paid $224 to get a replacement phone because mines had been stolen. I get the replacement phone, I use it for two days and then my original phone was returned back to me.
