I would strongly recommend against doing business with Assurant for a used car extended warranty. Our experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. When it came time to file what we believed was a legitimate claim, we were given the runaround—multiple phone calls, long hold times, being transferred from department to department, and very little accountability or follow-through. This is my second year doing business with Assurant, and I am very satisfied with their services; it is very easy to get insured with them!
Do not recommend this company. Terrible communicating skills from my desk adjuster and her manager. Filed a claim for water damage back in October (it's now middle of May) and they are fighting me on fully paying my contractor and refusing to return my calls and emails. Been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks to at least switch adjusters because mine isn't communicating with me and having no luck
El servicio es deprorable y en realidad hasta se siente como una estafa! Negaron mi reclamo me comuniqué con el servicio de atención al cliente y no saben decirme porque, lo único que pueden decir es que el reclamo fue revisado por los ejecutivos y esa fue su decisión. No adquieran el servicio no les regalen su dinero como yo lo hice durante tantos años
If I good give negative stars I would worst experience by far and still nothing resolved!! Basically my iPhone 14 Pro was damaged called in to file a claim on 4/24 to have repaired was told by rep that I would get link to finish claim only to get to the end and they are asking for payment.. called back was told that repairing was not an option!
